Why we exist
A bookkeeper can read the ledger but not the systems. An IT provider can read the systems but not the controls.
So the problem that lives between them — the invoice typed twice, the report nobody trusts, the process only one person knows — never gets measured. It just gets absorbed, a few hours at a time.
We built F & D Consulting to look at both in the same pass, and to write it down as one scored document you own. The name comes from our founders, Fernando and Dias.

Ranahesha leads our finance and controls practice. An ACCA finalist with a Big Four audit background, Ranahesha worked on statutory audits of listed banks, finance companies and diversified groups, and now helps growing businesses find and fix the gaps in their reporting and controls. Areas of focus include audit readiness, internal controls, IFRS reporting and financial analysis.

Technology
Oneth leads our technology practice. A computer science graduate and former e-commerce developer at an Australian digital agency, he built websites and online stores for clients in Australia and Europe, and now helps businesses find and fix where their systems fall short. Areas of focus include websites, business systems and integration, Microsoft 365, and automation and AI.

Director, SYSGIANTS (PVT) LTD
Ruwan is a director of SYSGIANTS (PVT) LTD, the company that provides F & D Consulting, and advises on large systems and digital transformation work. He brings more than 20 years of experience digitising supply chain and accounts operations for clients in Singapore, the USA and New Zealand, including connecting web, app, EDI and point-of-sale ordering to core ERP. He has led ERP delivery teams as a project and delivery manager, and was previously a vice president of operations at a global bank and of delivery at a technology consultancy.
