The terms, in plain words.

What the diagnostic is

A management review of how your business runs, across six areas, scored out of 100 on five fixed bands, with a ranked list of opportunities and recommended fixes. The Snapshot and the Full Diagnostic differ in depth, as described on the diagnostic page and in your engagement letter.

What it is not

• It is not an audit or any other assurance engagement, and it gives no assurance opinion.
• It is not tax, legal or financial advice. Your accountant and lawyer keep those roles.
• Hours and savings are estimates, with the workings shown. We do not guarantee them.

Fees

Fees are fixed for the agreed scope, in US dollars, excluding any applicable taxes, and set out in your engagement letter before work starts. A Snapshot fee is credited in full toward a Full Diagnostic taken up within 30 days. Payment terms and cancellation TBC.

Who owns what

The report is yours. You can share it with anyone, including another provider. Our questions, scoring method and templates remain ours, so that every client is scored on the same scale.

What we need from you

Timely read-only access, the documents on our list, and your people's time for short interviews. The report relies on what you and your systems tell us; we flag anything we could not verify.

Independence

We are not a reseller and not in any vendor’s partner channel, so no recommendation earns us a commission. Where we could do a fix ourselves, we say so and price it separately. You are never obliged to use us for any fix.

Confidentiality

Everything you share is confidential and covered by a signed agreement. Details are on How we handle your data.

Liability and law

Our liability, the governing law and dispute resolution TBC are being finalised with legal advice and will appear here and in your engagement letter. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law where you are.
