Financial reporting
What the work covers.
Big Four rigour, applied to your business: numbers ready for your auditors, your lenders and the decisions you need to make.
- 01
Statement preparation and review
Standalone and consolidated financial statements prepared from your ledger, or your own draft reviewed line by line against IFRS.
- 02
Accounting policies and judgements
Revenue recognition, leases, provisions and other areas where the standards need judgement, documented so the position is defensible.
- 03
Consolidation
Group structures, intercompany eliminations and the workings behind them, replacing fragile spreadsheet consolidations.
- 04
Financial statement analysis
Trend, ratio and margin analysis that explains what the numbers say about performance and position, in plain terms.
How it works
Fixed scope. No surprises.
We agree the reporting framework and timetable first, then work from your trial balance, reconciling as we go. Every adjustment is explained so your team can repeat the process next year without us.
- 01 First conversation
By email or a free 30-minute call, to understand the problem and whether this is the right fix.
- 02 Fixed scope and price
In writing, before any work starts. No hourly meter running.
- 03 The work and handover
Led by a founding partner, finished with documentation your team can use.

Contact usDo you sign the accounts?
No. Directors approve the financial statements, and any statutory audit is performed by your external auditor. We prepare and review.
Which standards do you work to?
IFRS and the reporting requirements of the jurisdiction you report in. We confirm the framework at the start of every engagement.
Can you help if we already have a draft?
Yes. A review of your own draft is often the quickest and cheapest way to get the statements right.
